Having been in the labelling business for over 30 years, Avonclyde has access to various specialised materials as well as the knowledge to produce high-quality labels with it.
MEDICAL CRYOGENIC LABELS
Can withstand temperatures as low as -196°C ideal for the identification of any containers which will be in short or long-term storage in liquid and vapour phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C), laboratory freezers (-120°C, -80°C, -20°C) or transported on dry ice.
Our Cryogenic material comes with a matt white base ready for black or colour print to be applied. As well as excellent low-temperature cryogenic performance this material has good humidity and water resistance.
TAMPER EVIDENT SECURITY VOID TAPE / LABELS
Tamper evident packing tape and labels are a great way to discourage theft and tampering with products. Leaving a visible message on the box or container when removed it is clear if the seal has been tampered with, potentially affecting the contents.
Available in a variety of material colours including blue, red, purple and matt/bright silver, with various warning messages including STOP, VOID and OPENED.
Our ever-popular “Mini-Void” labels are great for smaller labels and applications. As the name suggest the “VOID” text beneath the label is of a smaller print than most tamper evident labels meaning even if a small area is removed the text can still be clearly read.
HIGH-TEMPERATURE POLYIMIDE PCB LABELS
Designed to meet the increased performance quality demanded by extremely high temperatures. Primarily used for circuit board production, these high-quality and effective labels are ideal for manufacturers in the electronics, automotive and appliance industries.
Able to withstand extreme temperatures of up to 350 degrees Celsius for up to one minute, these labels maintain whiteness and text legibility throughout. Ideal for use when component soldering is required; they even resist direct contact with lead-free solder.
Our Polyimide labels not only withstand extreme temperatures, they have high durability to ensure films stay in place even after tough cleaning using infrared as well as harsh chemicals; they also offer high resistance against abrasion.
